We work with our clients to:

Qualify Staffing Suppliers to ensure understanding of capabilities and their ability to meet client pre-defined requirements
Directly manage contracts and insurance requirements with selected suppliers to ensure compliance with client contractual commitments
Facilitate the talent sourcing, selection, assignment, quality assurance, consolidated invoicing and payment processes with selected suppliers
Monitor rate card compliance and key performance metrics with participating suppliers
Conduct periodic business reviews of all suppliers to continuously identify opportunities to improve services
